Personnel Action Forms (PAF)
 
The Office of the Provost, in conjunction with the Technology Learning Center (TLC) and the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), will sponsor workshops on Preparing Personnel Action Forms (PAFs).  Assistance will be given to help modify existing forms to update your PAF.

All documentation necessary for the personnel action procedure are posted on the Provost’s Web Page: http://www.stjohns.edu/academics/provost/resources.
