The students being honored are among the finest in the College. Award recipients are nominated by faculty, are being inducted into honor societies to which they applied, or have achieved exemplary grade point averages. Students were recognized for both service and academics.

The evening consisted of a dinner and the awards ceremony. The Annual Dean’s Award was presented to Joseph Lobosco and Audree Maldonado for their dedication and commitment to the College.

Kathleen Vouté MacDonald, Ed.D., Dean of the College of Professional Studies and her staff ran the event for the 350 people that attended. Dean MacDonald said of the event, “The ceremony was a wonderful opportunity for recipients to celebrate with their families and faculty mentors.”

Fr. Michael Cummins, Assistant Dean, served as Master of Ceremonies for the evening.  Fr. John Kettelberger, University Ministry, provided the Invocation and Dr. Julia Upton, Provost, presented as well.
