Charlotte Alumni Gather for Picnic and Ball Game

Members of the Charlotte Alumni Chapter gathered at Knights Stadium in Fort Mill, SC on June 9 to enjoy an evening at the ballpark.

Fourteen alumni, friends and their families had a picnic-style dinner before the baseball game and watched as the local Charlotte Knights played the Indianapolis Indians. After the game, a fireworks show concluded the evening’s events.

“It was a fun night getting together with old friends and making new ones,” commented Mike Maroney ’87SVC, chapter coordinator. “The Charlotte Knights even chipped in a couple of extra innings of baseball on the house!”

Chapter members will be meeting again soon to discuss upcoming activities and events for the fall.
