As in years past, students enrolled in Fine Arts Professor Joseph Adolphe’s “Anatomy & Figure Drawing I” course have again been challenged to translate St. John’s University’s Founder’s Week theme into visual art projects. The students, including both art and non-art majors, spent 6-8 weeks and more than 100 hours apiece creating their interpretations, which are now on exhibit in St. Augustine Library on the University’s Queens campus.

Fourteen members of the St. John’s University Debate Society traveled to Cornell University over Valentine’s Day weekend to debate a field of more than 80 competitors from New York, Vermont and California.
