• American Mock Trial Association’s Atlantic Regional Returns to St. John’s, February 27 9:00 AM The Atlantic Regional round of the American Mock Trial Association’s (AMTA) National Tournament returns to St. John’s University for the sixth consecutive year on February 27.

(SGI) hosted a Town Hall Meeting before a large crowd of student organizations at the University’s Queens campus.

• St. John’s Makes Study Abroad More Affordable than Ever! Reduction in Tuition for Programs This Summer 10:00 AM Just register for six credits in any Global Studies program, for example Paris or Rome, and St. John’s will automatically deduct $1,000 off tuition.

• St. John’s Students From Diverse Backgrounds Reflect on Culture During Black Heritage Month 2009 10:00 AM In celebration of Black Heritage Month, St. John’s University students and faculty from various Caribbean and African countries participated in an in-depth panel discussion themed “Culture from Below, Part 2” on February 17 on the Queens campus.
