English Professor Thomas Philipose Gives the Gift of Life through St. John’s Bone Marrow Registration Drive

After his brother donated his bone marrow to help a young child, Professor Thomas Philipose, decided to do the same during a St. John’s University blood donor drive in 2003. Five years later, the marrow he donated will forever make a difference in the life of one young boy with leukemia.

St. John's to Host Annual Emergency Conference Highlighting Study Abroad Initiatives

St. John’s University is proud to host the Study Abroad and Emergency Preparedness Conference on Thursday, March 12 at the school’s Queens Campus. The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the School of Law’s Belson Moot Court Room. A registration fee of $50 is required and includes a continental breakfast and lunch.

Manhattan Career Change Students View Teaching Methods through a Different Lens as The School of Education Commemorates its Partnership with Lincoln Center Institute
