  St. John’s Students Deepen Faith and Help Pilgrims at Lourdes, France 9:00 AM Once again demonstrating their commitment to their faith and St. John’s University’s tradition of service, a group of St. John’s students participated in Campus Ministry’s third annual service pilgrimage to Lourdes, France, this past June.

• Rome Commencement Marks 14th Anniversary for St. John’s 9:00 AM University to Confer Master’s Degrees to Students in Business, Liberal Studies

• A Dream Comes True: Student Earns Admission to St. John’s Elite President’s Society 9:00 AM This spring, 29 new members were inducted into St. John’s University’s President’s Society. This most prestigious organization is made up of students whose scholarship, integrity and maturity are accompanied by leadership skills demonstrated by their significant contribution to the extracurricular life at St. John’s.

• Gate Closures - Queens Campus 2:00 PM On Monday, July 20, 2009, and Tuesday, July 21, 2009, Gates #1, 2 and 3 at the Queens campus will be closed. Public Safety advises the University community to use Gate #4 to enter and exit campus during this construction period.
