Problem" due to the physical and emotional affect stress can have
on us. In a world where we face a growing list of demands
both at home and in the workplace, it is important that we learn
healthy techniques to deal with the stress we inevitably encounter
in our everyday lives. In this seminar, we will learn how to
recognize symptoms of stress, identify problematic stressors, and
discuss realistic ways we can manage, cope with, and alleviate the
stress in our lives.
