The Six Stages of
Leadership
This seminar looks at how and why some managers step forward to
achieve the outcomes we want while preventing those we don't want.
Participants will examine six stages of personal power and learn
how exemplary leaders develop and use these stages during their
careers. Participants will quickly be able to apply this model to
achieve more effective personal and organizational
results.
