This session will examine the numerous reasons why those who are
expected to lead in today's changing business environment are often
uncertain of their calling and therefore fail to live up to their
potential as leaders. The session will address the fears managers
often feel when thrust into leadership roles and explore the skills
and techniques needed to overcome those fears by analyzing the four
characteristics of effective leaders.
