Business Writing III: Writing Memos, Letters, and E-mail: Delivering Negative or Bad News

Prerequisite
You must attend Business Writing I prior to attending modules II through V.

The purpose of Module III is to focus primarily on writing and revising negative and bad news memos, letters, and e-mail that achieve your goals. Attendees will have the opportunity to create memos and letters for hypothetical, bad news situations.
