Business Writing Module V: Persuasion and Sales

Prerequisite
You must attend Business Writing I prior to attending modules II through V.
It would be helpful to have a firm understanding of concepts taught in modules II and III before attending this session.

Module V is conducted in one, two-hour session. The purpose of this module is to focus primarily on using the indirect or backloaded method for persuasion and sales messaging.
