The Business Writing program enables participants to improve
their Business Writing skills in five major areas. The series
begins with achieving an understanding of the basis of successful
spoken and written business communication, that is, how to be
personal, positive, clear and concise. The following units
are devoted to mastering positive and neutral messages, delivering
negative or bad-news messages, creating reports and proposals, and
writing sales and persuasive messages. Participants will have the
opportunity to practice and reinforce what they have learned in
each session using various situations including some from
University life and corporate America.
