response to repeated suggestions by employees that we provide an
overview of compensation at St. John’s.
Tailored specifically for employees whose positions do not
require that they make compensation decisions for others, this
workshop will help you understand what Total Compensation means and
provide a general overview of the Compensation Department’s role
and how it utilizes market rates, evaluates positions and
administers the University’s reward programs.
