People Management: Facts About Compensation

As leaders of the organization, you are responsible for making critical compensation decisions.  This workshop will help you understand how the Compensation Department determines market rates, recommends annual salaries for internal positions, assigns grades, and conducts position evaluations. You will also gain a better understanding of your role as a manager when considering departmental compensation issues and learn about the available compensation options.
