This enrichment series is being offered for managers across the
University by the Human Resources Services Department. It
supports the University’s strategic goal of building an
organization of strong leaders by offering programs that enhance
leadership skills. Each 90-minute session consists of a
presentation followed by discussion in a casual and friendly
environment. Participants will also have the opportunity to network
and share their experiences with other managers.
The series is also designed to assist managers in understanding
how the Vincentian Mission and the University’s Core Values are
reflected in our policies and work practices and how they can
further articulate and integrate the Mission and Values day to day
in their responsibilities as managers.
Bring your lunch and your questions. Refreshments will be
served.
Who Should Attend
Administrators whose primary responsibility is managing a
St. John’s University function and supervising staff and/or
administrators.
