  • About each of the major components of Partnership for Performance (PFP), including Objective Setting, STJ Values and Competencies, Development Planning, mid-Cycle Check-In, Self-Assessment and the year-end performance evaluation
  • Practice conducting a performance appraisal discussion and receive feedback from your peers
