Quality Service for Leaders

Developing our Institutional Culture to be Student-Centered and Committed to Lifelong Learning is Institutional Goal #1.  Providing quality service helps us all contribute to this goal.  Leadership can happen at any level and we are all creating environments.  If you are an administrator, it is your responsibility to create an environment that supports Quality Service.  This one-day program will give you some of the tools to do that.   Whether you manage a team of service providers or work on teams where you can influence up, down and across, this workshop is for you!
