The program is designed to familiarize faculty members with the
legal landscape of sexual harassment today as well as the
University's sexual harassment policy and reporting procedures.
Faculty members will receive training in the legal definition of
sexual harassment and its application in the University setting,
and will receive hands on coaching in dealing with tough situations
inside and outside of the classroom.
