CONCERT PURCHASING GUIDELINES AND EVENT
REGULATIONS
ARTISTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES. THERE IS NO
GUARANTEE THAT ARTISTS ADVERTISED WILL BE PRESENT.
THIS SHOW IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

Due to the increased threat of harm that faces members of the New
York City community, it is the intent of the University to
safeguard students, staff, faculty, and their guests as they attend
our events. Please be prepared for screening as you enter events
and activities. We ask that you cooperate with Public Safety, Event
Management Staff, and Student Life Staff. Thank you.
STUDENT AND GUEST GUIDELINES
Students may purchase tickets at Campus Concierge on the beginning
day of sales. Ticket sales will end at 12 noon on Friday, November
6th.
- STJ Undergrads: $5
- STJ Grads, Staff, Admin: $20
- Guests: $20
- 1:3 Guest Policy from October 13th - November 1st STJ Only
Policy from November 2nd- November 6th
- NO TICKET SALES AT THE DOOR
UC CHECK IN: All students must
swipe their Storm Card and be wristbanded for the event. This
takes place in the University Center beginning at 2pm the day of
the show. You must go through this process in order to enter
Carnesecca Arena.
- Parent/guardian CANNOT buy tickets for a minor unless they will
be attending the show with the minor.
- No backpacks/bags are allowed in the venue and purses will be
searched (bag check available).
- Students and/or guests may be turned away based on behavior or
intoxication.
- There will be no re-entry and doors will be closed
approximately 3 hours after start.
- Guests must present state/federal/passport identification (no
college IDs).
- Guests must be 17 years or older or must be accompanied by
parent/guardian with proof.
- STJ students are responsible for their guests – do not sign in
strangers!
- Please be advised that guests must accompany hosts on the night
of the event.
- Guests who are unaccompanied (with or without tickets) will not
be allowed entry.
- All guests will be cleared through Public Safety.
- St. John’s University reserves the right to deny entry based on
findings.
- No switching of guest names on the day of event!
