MS Word: Creating Forms Using the Forms Toolbar

Prerequisites
MS Word: Level 1 and 2 or Basics, Setting up your Document, Editing Features, Formatting Features or equivalent

What will I learn?
Learn how to use Microsoft Word’s Forms toolbar to create printed and electronic forms to gather information. Use Word’s text form field for input and check box form field and drop-down for field for uniform responses to a list or question. Learn how to protect the form so users cannot alter the form and save the form as a template.
